Pre-order Policy

How it Works:

We place wholesale orders as soon as items drop to secure inventory. Customer pre-orders are reservations we have already ordered or allocated.

Separate Orders Required:

All pre-order/reservation items must be placed as a separate order (do not combine with in-stock items or other pre-order reservations). Orders that combine items may be delayed or require cancellation and re-ordering.

Payment:

Pre-orders/reservation require payment in full at checkout (online or in-store).

Cancellations:

Pre-orders/Reservations may be cancelled, but refunds are issued minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our "Contact Us" tab and received before your order ships. 

Pricing Changes:

If our supplier increases our cost after we place the order (Tariffs, Freight Charges, etc.) we may need to adjust the final price. If a price change applies, we will contact you before fulfillment. You may either pay the difference or cancel for a refund minus the 10% fee.

Release Dates:

Manufacturer/Distributor release dates are estimates and may change.

Supplier Shortages:

If our suppliers short-ship or cancel our order, you will receive a full refund for any unfulfilled Items(s).

Pickup/Shipping:

Pre-ordered/reserved items are ready for pickup, or ship once received and processed.

By placing a pre-order/reservation, you agree to this policy.
