Payment Terms:
We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal. We do not ship COD.
Preorders:
At Decades of Cool Toys, we offer a unique way to acquire rare and limited products through our preorder option. Many of our products are in such demand they are sold out before they even arrive. If you prefer to wait until the product arrives, it may be too late. We recommend using a credit card for preorders, as we will not charge the card until the item is available to ship. This way you can reserve the item with no upfront cost. Please note when using your PayPal account, you are authorizing them to pay instantly.
Shipping:
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are based on shipping service estimates. A shipping service delivery estimate of 3 to 4 days would mean it is estimated to take 3 to 4 days from time of shipping, not when ordered. However, you should allow from 6 days to 4 weeks from the time the ordered is taken and entered into our system to delivery, unless otherwise noted or advised. Some items require special order and must be place on a made to order basis for a delivery of a few days to as much as 6 weeks. We do our best to accurately estimate arrival times, but because we carry rare and / or limited items we will not list using “in stock” advertising. Do not assume an item is in stock because there is no pre order date listed. When a manufacturer notifies us of adjusted arrival dates, we then adjust the date online.
All customer information is order based. If a customer changes shipping or billing information the customer’s account will reflect the changes, however these changes will only be reflected on future orders and not on current outstanding orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us by email of any changes to your account, so these changes can be made to current outstanding orders prior to shipment.
Shipping charges are estimated. Final adjusted shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipment based upon both raw weight and dimensional weight. At times shipping charge adjustments occur due to unexpected special handling, packaging or size and weight issues of newly released items. As a result we may attempt to contact you for additional shipping charges prior to shipment. If we are unable to contact you we may charge your method of payment on file or change the method of shipping to accommodate funds provided. The customer agrees all direct, out of pocket shipping charges incurred by Decades of Cool Toys are the responsibility of and provide by the customer. Decades of Cool Toys does not absorb shipping costs for any reason.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:
All returns and exchanges require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Do not return items without prior authorization and without receiving a Return Authorization Number. Email decadesofcoolstuff4U@gmail.com for the RMA# prior to returning any items.
All returns, exchanges, or claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly inspect items upon receipt. If you discover missing or damaged parts, take a photograph of the complete contents and shipping box and email to decadesofcoolstuff4u@gmail.com.
Decades of Cool Toys assumes no responsibility for lost packages that have been verified as delivered by tracking through USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carrier.
Masks, costumers and/ or apparel must be returned with invoice, unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Plastic model kits must be unopened to return.
DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs and software are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds are for products only. Refunds will not be given for shipping or return shipping.
